For a finer consistency we recommend grinding this rub up with a mortar and pestle or a grinder.

Rock salt, garlic, yellow mustard seed, sweet paprika, thyme, coriander, basil, cilantro, black pepper, bay leaf, celery seed. May contain trace amounts of nuts.
